  • To provide the highest level of service and consistency, on-site service is exclusively for wedding day services. All services rendered outside of the wedding day, are held in my private studio, conveniently located in a central area to serve clients from surrounding cities (118 N Main St, Bowling Green, VA).

    I will travel for on-site wedding services up to 200 miles or five (5) hours away from my studio.

    Wedding day travel within 30 miles of my studio located near Bowling Green, Virginia is included in your bridal contract. Travel beyond this distance is billed at $0.75 per mile to account for additional travel time to and from the venue and related expenses.

    Regardless of mileage, if a venue is located more than 1.5 hours from my studio, or events requiring an arrival time before 6:00a.m. or end time after 6p.m. —overnight accommodations are required to ensure punctuality, preparedness, safety, and the highest standard of service on your wedding day. There is also a $100 fee for every hour before and after the mentioned hours.

    A customized per diem will be provided to cover lodging and applicable travel expenses. To maintain consistency with my travel preferences and scheduling, I arrange all lodging accommodations personally and do not accept hotel reservations made on my behalf.

    Additional travel fees include, but are not limited to: parking, and tolls.

  • The individual signing the bridal agreement assumes full responsibility for all payments outlined within the contract, including services reserved for the bride and all additional members of the bridal party.

    The total investment quoted reflects all contracted services and is invoiced as a single balance. Should the contracting client choose to collect reimbursement from members of the bridal party, those arrangements are entirely at their discretion and remain separate from this agreement. Individual payments from bridesmaids or other members of the bridal party are not accepted.

    Timely payment is essential to ensure your wedding services remain confirmed and your beauty experience proceeds seamlessly. All payments are due according to the schedule outlined in your bridal agreement.

    If a scheduled payment is not received by its due date, services may be suspended until the outstanding balance has been paid in full. Failure to submit payment by the final payment deadline may result in cancellation of services and forfeiture of any retainers or payments previously made, as outlined in your bridal agreement.

    However, I understand life happens.. If you anticipate a delay in payment, please reach out as soon as possible. Whenever possible, I am happy to discuss your situation before it impacts your reservation.

  • Each appointment is thoughtfully scheduled to provide every client with a relaxed, personalized experience while ensuring ample time for artistry, refinement, and attention to detail. The following timeframes are reserved for each service:

    • Bride: Approximately 2 hours

    • Bridesmaids & Adult Attendants: Approximately 1 hour per person

    • Junior Bridesmaids & Flower Girls: Approximately 30 minutes per person

    • Special Event Makeup: Approximately 2–2.5 hours, including time for consultation, skin preparation, application, final refinements, and studio setup.

    These appointment lengths allow me to deliver the elevated level of service and meticulous attention to detail that every client deserves while maintaining a seamless timeline throughout your wedding morning or event.

  • Selecting the right hairstylist is an important part of your bridal beauty experience. While you are welcome to choose any professional, I am pleased to recommend preferred hair artists whose vision and portfolio aligns with the elevated quality I strive to provide.   • Your bridal preview is far more than a makeup trial; it is a personalized design consultation and an integral part of the luxury bridal experience I provide. During this appointment, we will perfect every detail of your wedding day look, ensuring it complements your features, personal style, dress, and overall wedding aesthetic. This intentional planning allows your wedding morning to be relaxed, seamless, and completely stress-free.

    Bridal previews are required for all brides and are best scheduled approximately 2–3 months before your wedding day, once your dress, accessories, and overall vision have been finalized. For clients outside of the local area, a bridal preview/rehearsal makeup look can be offered the day prior to the wedding instead.

  • To ensure every bride receives the dedicated time and personalized experience she deserves, bridal previews are reserved exclusively for confirmed wedding bookings to ensure my availability for your wedding date. Once your wedding is officially booked, your bridal preview becomes a collaborative part of your bridal experience, allowing us to thoughtfully refine every detail in preparation for your wedding day.

  • Yes, absolutely! Your wedding day is one of life's most important celebrations, and I take my commitment to you with the utmost seriousness. In the highly unlikely event that an unforeseen emergency, illness, or circumstance beyond my control prevents me from personally providing your services, every reasonable effort will be made to secure a qualified replacement artist. I also have trusted artists I work with for larger bridal parties.

  • Can I Provide My Own Makeup Products?

    To ensure the highest level of artistry, safety, and consistency, I do not permit client-provided makeup products to be used during appointments.

    Professional makeup application is as much a science as it is an art, and the longevity and finish of your makeup depend on product compatibility, layering techniques, and expert formulation knowledge.

    I ensure every item is within its recommended shelf life, has been properly stored, and has been sourced directly from trusted, authorized retailers.

    If there is a particular product, brand, or formula you love or hope to incorporate into your makeup look, I always welcome the conversation. Please feel free to inquire in advance, and whenever possible, I will do my best to accommodate your preferences while ensuring they align with my professional standards for performance, longevity, and sanitation.
